Escargot Stuffed Mushrooms | How To Make Escargot

Have You Ever Tried….. ESCARGOT? 🐚😱

SNAILS 😍 in a mushroom cap smothered in a savoury garlic herb butter - YUM. This delicacy is served at every swanky restaurant, now done in the comfort of your own backyard bbq.

As a kid on a cruise with my family, we were able to order anything we wanted 😍 I ordered all the fancy things my parents would never allow us to order regularly. I went straight in for the Escargot. I’m glad I had an adventure for food even as a child πŸ₯° to develop my love at an early age.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

PELLET GRILL: I used my Pit Boss Grills Table Top

🐚 Preheat your @PitBossGrills tabletop pellet grill to 350 degrees. Start by removing the stems of your mushroom caps.

🐚 Next make your garlic herb butter by combining 1/2 cup butter, 1 Tbsp minced garlic, and 1/2 Tbsp of Italian Seasoning (@zoeoliveoil).

🐚 Fill each mushroom cap with a scoop of butter and then add a escargot/snail to the top. ake sure you rinse your snails as there might be some grit. Grate some Parmesan cheese on top (optional) as well as your favorite all-purpose rub.

🐚 Place directly on the grill for 20 minutes. Enjoy immediately.

PRO Escargot tip: Scraping the leftover buttery cheesy leftovers with bread πŸ₯°
