๐ Preheat your @PitBossGrills tabletop pellet grill to 350 degrees. Start by removing the stems of your mushroom caps.
๐ Next make your garlic herb butter by combining 1/2 cup butter, 1 Tbsp minced garlic, and 1/2 Tbsp of Italian Seasoning (@zoeoliveoil).
๐ Fill each mushroom cap with a scoop of butter and then add a escargot/snail to the top. ake sure you rinse your snails as there might be some grit. Grate some Parmesan cheese on top (optional) as well as your favorite all-purpose rub.
