Homemade Blackberry Syrup

Pancakes, Griddle Cakes, Hot Cakes, Flapjacks. Why are there 4 names for grilled batter and only one word for love? We love making pancakes on the weekend and when you may or may not have gone crazy on a blackberry sale this week, you make homemade Blackberry Syrup. What's your word for pancakes aka love?

Ingredients

- 1 cup blackberries

- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1/2 water

Directions

1. In a small pot, add all ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes until it thickens. Serve immediately
