Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Chicken


I mean with a name like that, how can you go wrong? This moist, flavorful, beautiful main will sure to get raving reviews from whom ever tastes it.

Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time: 20 Mintues Total Time: 25 Mintutes

Serves: 6

Ingredients: - Chicken Thighs (Bone or out, 6) - Bacon (6 slices) - Cheddar Cheese (1/2 shredded) - Basil (Fresh, 1/2 cup) - Salt and Pepper (to taste) Instructions: - Preheat oven to 425 degrees. - If using bone in chicken thighs, slice to one side of the bone partially (allowing you to stuff them). Salt and pepper each chicken thigh. - Having your shredded cheese, bacon, and basil on hand, stuff each chicken. Then roll each stuffed chicken with one piece of bacon, covering most. Place on large baking sheet. - Cook for 25 minutes or until internal temperature of 165 degrees. Bon Appetite
