Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Total Time: 50 Minutes

Serves: 4-6 . Ingredients: - Potatoes (6 medium yellow, peeled and chopped) - Bacon (3 slices, chopped) - Butter (salted 1/2 cup, divided) - Onion (Cooking, 1 medium) - Garlic (3 cloves, minced)

- Cheese (Marble 1/2 cup shredded) - Bread Crumbs (1/4 Cup) - Onion Salt (1/2 Tbsp) - Pepper (to taste) - Basil (fresh 1 Tbsp chopped or 1/4 Tbsp dried)

- Parsley (fresh 1/2 Tbsp or 1 tsp dried) . Directions: 1. In a large boiling pot, add potatoes. Cook approx 20 minutes or until tender using a fork. Mash with onion salt and pepper. 2.In a medium frying pan, add bacon slices. Once cooked, set aside. 3. Using the same frying pan, add onions and cook until slightly translucent. Add garlic, butter, basil and parsley. Cook until fragrant. Approx 2-4 minutes. Then add this mixture to the mashed potatoes. Mix thoroughly. 4. Pour potato mixture into a baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs, cheese, and bacon. . Bon Appetite .
