Raspberry Pecan Brie Wreath

Nothing like walking into a party or event knowing you have a SOLID appetizer. Not only does it look good, but the ooey gooey insides will have the people wanting more - True story! This appetizer has more qualities then my ex boyfriend. It's crunchy, gooey, both sweet and salty, cool on the outside yet warm on the inside. What more could you want?

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 20 Minutes Total Time: 25 Minutes Ingredients: - Pillsbury Cresents Roll - Brie (1 - 1" round cut into small 1" squares) - Raspberry Jam (1/4 cup) - Raspberries (Optional) - Pecans - Butter (2 Tbsp) - Garlic (2 cloves, minced) - Italian seasoning (1/2 Tbsp) - @Triscuit Crackers for dipping Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Using a circular pie dish, line @Pillsbury cresent rolls triangles into a circular shape. Making sure that all the bottom pieces are all connected (tops just lay over dish). 2. Using a spoon, spread jam on the bottom portion of the wreath. Add Brie chunks, pecans and also the raspberries (optional). Fold the hanging Pillsbury cresent roll over the mixture (see video) creating a wreath shape. 3. In a small microwavable dish, add butter, garlic, and Italian seasonings. Mix and spread over top. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until golden brown. . Bon Appetite.
