Growing up my Mother went all out for every occasion. Any excuse to decorate the house or make a special meal she did. My childhood memories of Valentines Day consisted of a kitchen fully decorated in red, a little treat for each of us, and a wonderful heart shaped meal of some sort.
Now having a family of my own, I see I'm exactly like her. I'm so happy to have these memories of her and now want my own little guy to have the same sort of warm traditions. .
