Pickled Pizza

Those #PickleSquad lovers just drooled over the Pickled Pizza I had this summers Canadian National Exhibition. It was so cheesy, salty, and pickleeee, the perfect combo. I KNEW I wanted to recreate this dish for the true #PickleLovers. . Starting from the bottom, for the creamy sauce, I combined sour cream, ranch dressing, mayo, garlic, and TONS OF DILL for a flavor kick right from get go. Working our way to the top, I add #Pickles Mozzarella Cheese, Parm Cheese, and italian seasoning to let ooze to a crisp. . Check out the full recipe and TAG us if you end up giving it a go. You can find all our recipes at www.ScaleAndTailor.com or grab the link in my bio. . Did you like the ingredients explained this way? or do you prefer a straight list? Would love your feedback. . Ingredients:

- Pizza Dough (Flat bread cause I like crispy, but can also use dough as directed) - Pickles (Garlic, 4 large, sliced) - Chicken (Optional)

- Cheese (Mozzarella 2 cups, shredded)

- Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup)

- Italian Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp) .

The Sauce

- Sour Cream (1 cup) - Mayo (2 Tbsp) - Ranch (2 Tbsp) - Garlic (3 cloves, minced) - Dill (1/4 cup finely chopped) . Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425. If using a pizza stone (which I recommend for a crispy finish) put in the oven to preheat with the oven. This ensures the stone reaches 425 degrees and evenly cooks.

2. Combine all sauce ingredients in a medium bowl. Set aside. 3. Cut up pickles into slices. Grate your cheese. 4. Having your flatbread pizza's ready, spread a thin layer of sauce evenly on both pizzas. Heavily coat both with mozzarella cheese, pickles, chicken (optional), Parmesan Cheese, and Italian seasoning. 5. Place on pizza stone or baking sheet is cook for 15-20 minutes. Your looking for bubbly cheese. Checking often. . Bon Appetite
