Baked Breaded Pork Chops

I never liked pork chops growing up. I didn't like apple sauce either and often found it needed to be drowned in sauce to over compensate how dry they seemed to be. My husband is a pork chop fan, so naturally I experimented on ways I could enjoy the meat too. I'd pick up any pork that was on sale. Every time I'd cook it, it was different. I'd either love it or hate it. I narrowed down the only pork I like - SIRLOIN. After this, making a breading to go with it was a breeze. Whether you like it spicy or not, you'll love this baked breaded pork chops (give you both options). Come take a look on how I've perfected this slice of meat. Prep Time: 5 Minutes (or less) Cook Time: 15 Minutes Total Time: 20 Minutes Oven Temperature: 425 degrees Serves: 4 Ingredients: Breading Mixture - Bread Crumbs (1/2 cup) - Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) - Italian Seasoning (1 TBSP) - Garlic Powder (1/2 TBSP) - Pepper (to taste) Wet Coating - Caesar Dressing (1/2 cup) - Sriracha Sauce (optional if prefer spice, 1/2 TBSP) - Pork Chops (preferably sirloin 4-6 pieces)

Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. On a large shallow plate, mix all breading mixture ingredients. 3. On another large shallow plate, mix wet coating ingredients. 4. With a large baking sheet ready, coat by dipping each pork piece first in the wet coating mixture. Immediately coat the same piece of pork in the breading mixture and place on the baking sheet. 5. Bake for 15-20 minutes depending the thickness or until eternal temperature is 165 degrees (important not to over cook pork - it dries out quickly) Bon Appetite.
