Who doesn't love a one pan side dish so mouth watering you will have wished you doubled the recipe. I went into this recipe knowing I wanted something new fresh and flavorful (I was starving at the time). I went on pinterest and saw and bacon side, broccoli side, and cauliflower side and decided I wanted ALL three and just so happened to have all three sitting in my fridge. . If you know me you know my three main ingredients to any dish is garlic, onions, and italian seasoning. So as usual this is the base feel for the dish. I knew I wanted it slightly creamy but not in the regular cream sort of way. Here is my take on a NEW FAV side dish to accompany my mains. Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time: 30 Minutes Total Time: 35 Minutes Serves: 4-6 Ingredients - Bacon (4 strips, roughly chopped) - Cauliflower (1 cup, chopped) - Broccoli (1 cup, chopped) - Onion (1 medium, diced) - Italian Seasoning (1 TBSP) - Garlic (4 cloves, finely chopped) - Dried Parsley (1 tsp) - Pepper (to taste) - Ranch Salad Dressing (1/4 cup) - Mayo (3 TBSP) - Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup) - Macaroni Pasta (1 1/2 cups dried) - Marble cheese (1 cup, divided, shredded) Instructions: 1. Cook 4 strips of bacon in a large frying fan. Once fully cooked, remove and set aside. 2. Using the bacon grease to saute the vegetables. Add the broccoli, cauliflower, and onions to the frying pan and cook on medium high heat. Cook for approx. 10 minutes. 3. Cook Macaroni Pasta as package instructed. 4. Add garlic and seasonings to the vegetables and cook until fragrant. Then add the ranch dressing, 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, mayo, and parmesan cheese. 5. Top the remainder 1/2 cup shredded cheese and let set for 5 minutes on low heat. Bon Appetite.
