Burger Bowls | 30 Minutes

Easy Burger Bowls

The best stories are like Burgers, JUICY and MESSY. These bite sized beauties turn the classic burger into a bunless wonder.

Prep Time: 10 Mins

Cook Time: 20 Mins

Total Time: 30 Mins (Makes Approx 12 Burger bowls)

Ingredients

- Ground Beef (lean, 1 lbs)

- Onion (1 small, finely diced)

- Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp)

- Mustard (2 Tbsp)

- Italian Seasoning (1 Tbsp)

- Salt and Pepper (to taste)

- Egg (1 large)

- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)

- Bacon (4 slices, cooked, chopped)

- Cheese (2/3 cup, marble, shredded) - Butter (2 Tbsp)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium sized bowl, add all ingredients except, bacon and cheese. Mix thoroughly. 2. Butter a muffin baking tin. Using a small handful, mold the ground beef mixture into a bowl shape with your fingers. Make sure not to let the beef overhang the muffin tin as you don't want the grease to form around the top lids. Leave room for the shredding cheese and bacon. Fill the holes with cheese and top with bacon. 3. Bake for 20 minutes and serve immediately. Bon Appetite
