BBQ Steak Marinade | Beef Marinade | Marinade for Steak

I love a great BBQ steak marinade on tougher pieces of meat like flank steak or short ribs. A beef marinade is great when marinated for 24 hours or more. It breaks down the meat making it easier to chew and enjoy.

This beef marinade is so versatile and compliments beef so well it will be your new go to bbq steak marinade.

The way I cooked these short ribs was on my Louisiana Grills Black Label pellet smoker where with their sear plate technology, I can do a quick sear on them at 500 degrees or higher, two minutes, each side. The pellets I used were from Pitmasters Choice Premium Pellets (Use "ScaleAndTailor10" for 10% off at checkout).

INGREDIENTS: Soy Sauce (2/3 cup) Red Wine Vinegar (1/4 cup) Ginger (ground, 1 tsp) Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp) Parsley (Dried, 1/2 Tbsp) Garlic (3 cloves, minced)

Directions: Place all ingredients into a bag along with meat and marinade in the refrigerator for 8 - 24 hours.
