Smoked Pork Belly Burnt Ends | Louisiana Grills

How to Smoke Pork Belly Burnt Ends

Getting some pork belly burnt ends on my @LouisianaGrills has been on my list to try for some time. These little crispy pieces of candy are worth the wait and even better the next day on a sandwich. We made them as a main but I think it would be such a crowd pleasure as an appetizer too (when this whole social distancing is a thing of the past). . I rubbed these bad boys down with some Sweet Heat Rub from @LouisianaGrills and setting my smoker at 275 degrees. I smoked them for approximately 2 hour 45 minutes with an internal temperature of 185 degrees. I then smothered my favorite sweet and sticky BBQ sauce, and put them back on the grill to caramelize for another hour. . Flavor EXPLOSION!!
