Lobster Tail Recipe | BBQ Lobster Tail

Im obsessed with Lobster, but BBQ Lobster Tails are beyond my favorite way to cook them. Join me as I show you this Lobster Tail Recipe that will have your family wanting more. Smothered in a garlic butter sauce for a smooth velvet finish.

THE GOODS

Lobster Tails (Set of 4-8)

Butter (1/2 cup)

Garlic (3 cloves, minced)

Italian Seasoning (1 tsp)

(Optional) (Citrus Spice Rub From Louisiana Grills)

Casserole Dish OR cast iron pan.

DIRECTIONS (45 minutes - 1 hour)

For this Lobster Tail Recipe, we will be using our Louisiana Grills Kamado K24 Charcoal Grill. Once you preheat your grill to 400 Degrees, add your lobster directly over the coals with your cast iron or reusable pan.

Using a small microwavable dish add your butter, Citrus Spice, and garlic. Microwave in 20-second intervals until the butter is melted. You can use a fork to stir in between if you like. Slowly pour over the bbq lobster tails.

Preheat your Kamado Grill to 400 degrees, 20 minutes before planning to throw the bbq lobster tails on. Place your cast iron or reusable pan directly over your coals and cook covered for 15 minutes minutes. Once your bbq lobster tails are fully cooked, give them a squeeze of lemon (optional) and enjoy immediately.
