Cook Time: 5 Minutes Total Time: 15 Minutes
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients:
- Shrimp (1 1/2lbs de-shelled, raw) - Chili Powder (1 Tbsp) - Cumin (1 tsp) - Oregano (1 tsp) - Garlic Salt (1 tsp)
- Brown Sugar (2 tsp) - Pepper (1/2 tsp) - Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
Directions: 1. In a small bowl add all seasonings and mix together with a fork. Add shrimp and toss coating generously. Set aside and let marinade for 10 minutes.
2. Using a frying pan or cast iron skillet heat olive oil evenly at a medium high heat. Once oil is hot, add the shrimp making sure not to over crowd. Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes. 3. Eat on its own, in a taco, or top your favorite salad with it. I accompany it with roasted vegetables and make tacos.
