THE BRISKET CARVING KNIFE
This brisket knife is not only sleek but also performs. Its lightweight feel, straight uniform edge, and black stainless steel make this knife superior. When I went to cut my brisket it was so sharp that it kept all the juices in and the bark intact. I was easily impressed.
