Gyber Pizza Oven Review| Home Pizza Oven | Outdoor Pizza Oven

Gangs all here!! Added a Gyber Pizza Oven to my arsenal of outdoor kitchen appliances. This home pizza oven has transformed my pizza experience from zero to 100 REAL QUICK. With temperatures soaring past 1000 degrees in less than 15 minutes - outdoor pizza ovens never looked so good.

This Gyber Pizza Oven review comes from my first experience with a pizza oven. You are going to see firsthand how easy this home pizza oven was to use . I'm a newbie to the outdoor pizza ovens and even lighting my own fire. I've always wanted to learn and have fun on a home pizza oven.

INSTALLATION PROCESS

Easy! It took me about 30 minutes to put together the home pizza oven and its accessories. With a few screws, this outdoor pizza oven was ready to go. I simply dry whipped the inner and outer surfaces before my first use. (See full instructions for the full installation process of the Fremont Gyber Outdoor Pizza Oven).

WHAT FUEL DOES IT USE? HOW IS IT POWERED?

The Fremont Outdoor Pizza Oven is pellet fuel-based. It's the easiest lit with a handheld blow torch and or fire starter (I did not use a fire starter as recommended. It was easy to light this without one). This home pizza oven is self-powered meaning you do not need any outlets or plugs. To start I used 3 scoops (scoops provided) of pellets with my blow torch aimed at the pellets for a constant 30 seconds and until I saw a flame. Closed pellets box and let the oven get up to temperature which took about 15 minutes. If you are making more than one pizza, I used a scoop per pizza thereafter.

HOMEMADE PIZZA

Once the Fremont Gyber Pizza Oven reachs temperature of about 1000 degrees, your home pizza oven is ready to go. Place your pizza on the pizza stone within the outdoor pizza oven and close the lid. Wait approximately 2- 2 1/2 minutes, using your pizza spatula (provided) spin your pizza to and cook the other side towards the flame for another 2 minutes. As long as the oven stays between 500-1000 degrees it should not take any longer than 5 minutes to cook.
