Garlic Turkey Meatballs


Want turkey meatball jammed packed full of flavor? Then this is the recipe for you. Turkey is a great ground beef alternative that is healthier, but sometimes bland. These meatballs are both delicious and moist your whole family will wish you made more (I'd say its safe to say to just go ahead and double the recipe). . Serve them on a bun with ranch or add them to your spaghetti sauce, these balls are so versatile, full of flavor, and so easy to make. . Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Cook Time: 20 Minutes

Total Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:

- Ground Turkey (1 lb) - Onion (small, finely diced) - Egg (1 large) - Garlic (5 cloves, finely minced) - Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) - Red Pepper Flakes (1 pinch) - Italian Seasoning (1 TBSP) - Parsely (dried, 1/2 TBSP)

- Cheese ( 1/2 cup marble, shredded) - Salt and Pepper (to taste) . Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix with hands or spoon ensuring all ingredients are well mixed. 2. Using both hands roll 2" balls and place on a large baking sheet 2" apart from one another. 3. Place in oven at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
