Marble Cheese (1 cup, cubed)

Brie Cheese (1/2 cup, cubed)

Cream Cheese (1/2 cup)

Garlic (2 cloves, minced)

Paprika (1/2 tbsp)

Salt & Pepper (To Taste)

Flour (1 Tbsp)

Bacon Crumble (Optional)

Dip-ables

Italian Loaf of Bread

Carrots

Celery

Red Pepper

Crackers

DIRECTIONS

To prepare this super bowl snacks, you first want to preheat your pellet grill to 350 degrees. I used my Louisiana Grills Founders Premier for this cook.

Super bowl snacks are made easy on your grill. Next, grab your cast iron pan or BBQ-friendly dish and add all the ingredients except the flour. Place on your grill grates for approximately 20 minutes or until all the cheese is melted. Once it is all melted together, stir in your flour and it will all thicken together and be ready.

You can serve it right out of your cast iron with your favourite dippable. Because I am bringing you football food ideas, I decided to place the dip within a large Italian Loaf of bread in the shape of a football. To do this with a sharp knife, cut at a 90 degrees angle to hollow out the loaf (see video for visual instructions). Once the dip is ready, pour in and top with bacon crumble to resemble a football.

Smoked cream cheese block is all the rage these days and now I know why. There is something about the way cream takes smoke, stays low enough in temperature not to melt, makes it perfect for dipping with your favourite cracker. For this smoked cream cheese recipe I decided to add some tomatoes from my garden and some flavoured olive oil to add an extra visual appearance.
