Garlic Parmesan Roasted Asparagus


There is nothing crunchier or more fresh then roasted Asparagus. Here is my take on the green stuff that everyone seems to enjoy. Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cooking Time: 10-15 Minutes

Total Time: 15-20 Minutes Oven: 400 Degrees Ingredients: Asparagus (1-1 1/2 lbs) Garlic (2 cloves, minced) Olive Oil (Drizzle) Parmesan Cheese (3 Tbsp) Italian Seasoning (1 Tsp) Salt and Pepper (to taste) Directions: 1. Snap the ends of the asparagus where it naturally snaps off (this means you only get the good stuff). Wash thoroughly and pat dry. 2. Preheat oven to 400 Degrees. Add all ingredients into a bowl and toss. With a large baking sheet, lay all asparagus onto sheet (make sure not to over crowd). 3. Bake for 10 minutes if you like veggies crunchy OR 15 if you like it on the softer side. Bon Appetite
