Halloween Stuffed Meatloaf | Mummy Meatloaf Recipe
INGREDIENTS
Ground Beef (1 1/2 lbs)

Egg (1 large)
Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
Mustard (1 Tbsp)
Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp)
Italian Seasoning (1 Tbsp)
Cheese (any type, 5 large slices)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Special Tools
Roto-Q 360 Rotisserie
3 Prong Attachment
Parchment Paper
Edible Eyes
INSTRUCTIONS
Let's first prepare your grill or oven. You want to set your coals to a medium high heat (hold your hand over the grates for 5 seconds) or 400 degrees in your oven or gas grill. Next, prepare your meatloaf. On parchment paper or in a bowl, add your ground beef, egg, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Shape your meatloaf in a large rectangle on parchment paper. Add your cheese slices and roll it onto itself. Seal the ends to keep all the cheese in.
Next, using more parchment paper, spread your pizza dough out and cut into thin strips. Wrap each strip around the meatloaf to create a mummy. Using your three prong rotisserie attachment, pierce through the meatloaf length wise. Pinch together where the prong is to seal it again. Charge your rotisserie fully by winding it approximately 40 times. This will last approximately 1 hour. Attach to the rotisserie and place onto your grill. If you cook it in your oven, make sure to place it on a baking sheet to catch any drippings. Cook for approximately 45 minutes or until an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Enjoy!
