When I first came on the BBQ scene, Christie was always someone I extremely looked up to. She was the person I was striving to be. She is an award-winning competitive pitmaster with multiple grand championships and her own spiceology spice line - her fire within is not mistaken. Her mission is to motivate other women to grab hold of those tongs and get grilling it anyway. Christie carves a slice into what exactly means to be women in BBQ.
