BEER CHEESE DIP

Using a cast iron skillet, melt 2 Tbsp of butter and 2 Tbsp of flour. Mix for a few minutes creating the roux for our cheese to bind to. Next, add 3/4 of a can of your favorite beer. Mix until thick. Next add 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of parsley, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Stir until all mixed together.

OKTOBERFEST SAUSAGE

Preheat your pellet grill or oven to 300 degrees. Slice your sausage into 1/2” rounds. Place on your grill and smoke for 30 minutes. Enjoy with a pretzel and beer cheese for the best Oktoberfest snack!
