STUFFED BACON WRAPPED SKEWERS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Bacon

Cream Cheese (1/2 block)

Pork Seasoning (optional)

Skewers 

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your grill or oven to 350 degrees. Prepare your stuffed bacon wrapped skewers by placing your skewers in your cream cheese spacing them 1/2" apart. Cut your cream cheese skewers.

Next, using your ruby red bacon from Halenda's Meats, wrap each skewer, encasing it. I coated each stuffed bacon wrap skewer with a pork rub seasoning but it is an optional step.  Grill or cook for approximately 45 minutes or until your bacon is cooked to your preference.
