Parmesan Roasted Vegetables


This is a GO TO recipe I make almost three times a week. Totally flexible by tossing with any vegetable you have on hand in your fridge. Check out how I did this roasted cauliflower and carrot side dish.

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes Serves: 4

Ingredients: - Vegetables (Cauliflower, Zucchini, Carrots, Asparagus for examples) - Olive Oil (1/4 cup) - Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup) - Pepper (to taste) - Garlic Salt (1 tsp) - Italian Seasoning (1 tsp) Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut up any vegetable of your choice. This is a very flexible recipe and will go with most. 2. In a large Zip Lock bag, add vegetables and coat with oil olive. Ensuring well coated. Add all other ingredients. Toss. 3. On a large baking sheet, dump vegetables onto it. Keeping someone close together. Bon Appetite.
