Taco Salad Bowls


Homemade taco bowls? Your family and guests will think your too cool if you whip these out at the next lunch or dinner. Serves: 4

Ingredients: - Tortilla Wraps (Large, 4) - Salsa (1/2 cup, mild to hot) - Ranch Salad Dressing (1/4 cup) - Romaine Lettuce (1/2 large, roughly chopped) - Lean Ground Beef (1 lbs) - Taco Seasoning (1 package) - Onion (1 small, diced) - Avocado (1/2 chopped, optional) - Black Beans (1/2 cup, rinsed) - Cheese (Marble, 1/2 cup shredded)

- Water (1/4 cup)

Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In wide mouth ceramic bowls (oven proof), curve large tortilla wraps inside bowls. Bake for 7 minutes or until slightly golden.

2. In a large frying pan, add ground beef and onions. Chop finely and cook until brown. Add the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Stirring and mixing well. Set aside.

4. Make the taco salad dressing by adding the salsa and ranch dressing in a medium sized bowl. 3. Chop up romaine lettuce and avocado. Rinse and strain black beans. Shred marble cheese. 4. Make Taco Salad bowls by add (in order), romaine lettuce, ground beef taco mix, cheese, and the remainder of toppings. Bon Appetite.
