DIRECTIONS:

Slice your zucchini in thin 1/4" slices horizontally. Add 1/2 cup of ranch dressing to a shallow plate. With another plate, add Pork Panko (https://baconsheir.com/). Dip each piece of zucchini into the ranch, and then the Pork Panko.
