Where do I even start with my own personal favorite features of the El Dorado 36" grill. My own personal Yoder Smokers El Dorado 36" review. It is 700+ pounds which makes you feel like this grill is indestructible, powerful, and top notch. I also love the ash management system. You can drag the ashes into the hidden ash tray underneath the fire bricks. Lastly, it might sound silly, but the beautiful massive orange wheel. It stands out in the backyard, and gets everything questioning how it works. Lastly HOW FUN IT IS to grill on. There is something so fun about cooking over fire that everyone needs to experience.
