Potatoes (Approx 4, sliced)

Pickle Juice (one jar, pickles removed)

HOW I MADE THEM: 📌

🥒🍟 Using left over pickle juice, dump in homemade french fries. For me I used a about 3 cups of fries cut into thin strips (leave the skin on). Marinade in your fridge for 8-24 hours. I did 24 hours.

🥒🍟 I used my Louisiana Grills Kamado K24 to fry these dill pickle French fries. I preheated my grill to 500 degrees. I poured my vegetable oil in my cast iron skillet before placing on the grill (for safety reasons). I double fried these for extra crunch. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
