Pig Shots Are Cool And All, But These DILL PICKLE PIG SHOTS are a BIG D I L L 🥒
I think it’s crazy we still don’t have a pickle emoji yet 🥒 anyways….back to these Dill Pickle Pig Shots - Pickle on the bottom with a creamy dill sauce in the middle. Forever and always #TeamPickle
WHAT ARE PIG SHOTS?
Doing dill pickle pig shots is simple. The original recipe is a sausage base with a half size of bacon wrapped around it, filled with your choice of filling. Typically pig shots are filled with a cheese-based sauce, but we stepped our game with this recipe and did a dill pickle sauce instead.
DILL PICKLE SAUCE
(Make the sauce by adding all these ingredients into a bowl:)
Cream Cheese (1/2 cup)
Sour Cream (1/4 cup)
Dill (1 Tbsp)
Pickle Juice (1/4 cup)
Dill Pickles (1, finely chopped)
INSTRUCTIONS
Next, preheat your 🔥 @PitBossGrills to 350 degrees (I used my Navigator). Prepare your shots by slicing a 1” pickle, wrapping 1/2 slice of bacon around it, and secure with a toothpick. Next pour your creamy dill sauce inside them. Place on a wire rack and onto your grill for approximately 45 minutes. Enjoy!!
