Butter Chicken, Smoked Chicken Wings

National Chicken Wing Day

I cannot get enough these days of butter chicken and have wanted to do a spin off recipe of it for some time. I was thinking pizza, or some roll up contraption. Then comes along #NationalChickenWingDay and boom there it is. Check out how made them

The Rub:
 
Gram Marsala (1/2 Tbsp)

Tumeric (1/2 Tbsp)

Cumin (1/2 Tbsp)
 
Chili Powder (1 Tbsp)

Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Directions: Combine all seasonings in a small bowl and stir. 30 minutes to 24 hours before generously rub and toss chicken wings and refrigerate.


 
The Sauce:
 
Onion (small, finely diced)
 
Butter (1 Tbsp)
 
Spaghetti Sauce (1 cup)
 
Garlic (1 Clove, minced)
 
Cream (2 Tbsp)

GramMarsala (1/4 Tbsp)
 
Tumeric (1/4 Tbsp)
 
Chili Powder (1/2 Tbsp)

Cumin (1/4 Tbsp)

Directions: In a small pot, add butter and onions. Cook until translucent. Add all the garlic and seasonings and cook for about 1 minute. Then add the spaghetti sauce and cream. Cook on medium for 5-10 minutes. Stirring frequently.
