- LETS MAKE SMOKED BRISKET NACHOS -

PREP TIME: 10 Minutes

COOK TIME: 10 Minutes

TOTAL TIME: 20 Minutes

SERVES: 4-6 People

GRILL TEMP: 400 Degrees

INGREDIENTS

Brisket (Leftover, 2 cups)

Nachos Chips (4-5 cups)

Cheese (Shredded, 1 1/2 cups)

Salsa (1 cup)

Red Onion (1 Small, diced)

Avocado (1 medium, diced)

Sour Cream (1/2 cup)

BBQ Sauce (1/4 cup)

Jalapeno (optional, 1 small, sliced)

Brisket Rub (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Preheat your Louisiana Grills pellet smoker to 400 degrees F. Prepare your smoked brisket nachos toppings. Cube up with your leftover brisket, shred your cheese and dice your onions, avocado and jalapeno.

Next, begin to build your smoked nachos in layers. Using a baking sheet, lay your nacho chips first, then add your cheese. Evenly spread your cheese. This binds all your nachos together so the more the better! Then add your brisket, red onions, and jalapenos. Sprinkle your favourite rub on top. I used Texas Beef Rub by Louisiana Grills. Place on your smoker for 10 minutes.

Once your brisket nachos are smoked, add your cold ingredients. Layer your sour cream, bbq sauce, and avocado. Enjoy with a large scoop of salsa with every bite.
