Chicken Pad Thai

This Chicken Pad Thai is THE best!! Simple, easy, and with a hint of sweetness it is a dish the whole family will love. If you know me you know I'm all about eating clean whole food. I'm also eco-friendly and someone who HATES throwing food out. With this being said, I use a pre-made sauce. This is because the ingredients within the sauce are not things I use on the regular. If I were to buy each and every single ingredient, most would eventually go bad and be thrown away. I've narrowed down THE best pad thai sauce, and that is "Presidents Choice Pad Thai" Sauce. Take a look at how I created this quick and easy recipe. Prep Time: 5 Mintutes

Cook Time: 20 Minutes

Total Time: 25 Minutes Ingredients: - Pad Thai (Presidents Choice Pad Thai Sauce) - Onions (1 large, diced) - Red Pepper (1 chopped) - Celery (3 Stalks, chopped) - Garlic (3 Cloves, chopped) - Olive Oil (2 TBSP) - Egg (1) - Chicken (chopped) - Rice Noodles (1 package) Directions: 1. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Saute onions, peppers, and celery until almost done. Add Chicken to pan and cook. Approx 10 Minutes. 2. In a large pot, cook rice noodles as directed. 3. In the frying pan add egg. Quickly toss around and coat. 4. Add Presidents Choice Pad Thai sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. 5. Pour over cooked pad thai noodles Bon Appetite
