Stuffed Turkey Meatloaf

I grew up on meatloaf and gravy. No wonder I tried to make a healthier version of it. This is a spin off of a ground beef meatloaf but with less calories yet jammed packed with flavor. Not only does my husband love it, but our toddler too. I love it because it keeps me in my calorie goal for the day in check too. Win win in my books.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 35 minutes Total Time: 45 minutes Oven Temperature: 425 Degrees

Ingredients: - Ground Turkey (1 lbs) - Onion (Medium Diced) - Egg (1)

- Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup)

- Italian Seasoning (1 tbsp) - Dried Parsley (1/2 tbsp) - Red Pepper Flakes (a pinch) - Salt and Pepper (to taste) - Garlic (4 cloves minced) The Stuffing: - Ham/Pepperoni/or Salami - Cheese (of choice) Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl add all main ingredients and combine. 2. Prepare the stuffed ingredients (ham and cheese). 3. Roll out saran wrap on your counter. Spread the meatloaf mixture into a 1" rectangle. Spread the stuffed ingredients and roll into a loaf. 4. Put in oven for 35 minutes or until internal temperature of 165 degrees. Bon Appetite.
