Chicken Stuffing Bake

Easy and quick was exactly what I was going for with this recipe. Most families only have limited amount of time to make dinner in the evenings and why I love bringing y'all 30 minute recipes. I was running late one night and threw this recipe together. I was not planning on sharing the recipe but I got so much response I knew I had to throw a video together for you all.

Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 25 Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes Serves: 4-6

Ingredients: - Dry Stuffing Mix (1 box)

- Chicken Thighs (6) - Carrots (2 cut in thick chunks) - Celery (2 stalks, cut in thick chunks) - Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) - Chicken Seasoning (sprinkle) - Chicken Broth (1 1/4 cup) Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large casserole dish add carrots, celery, and olive oil and toss. Sprinkle stuffing mix evenly over vegetable then chicken stock. The chicken stock will flush the stuffing up as it bakes. 2. Sprinkle your choice of chicken seasoning, or even just some salt and pepper if you don't have any. Coat both sides. Place onto of casserole ingredients. Bake for 25 minutes or chicken internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. . Bon Appetite
