French Toast Balls, stuffed with sausage is so fun and delicious. We love breakfast sausages and we love french toast. This combination of the both with this stuffed french toast is amazing. These sausage-stuffed french toast balls are a fun holiday breakfast the whole family will love! French Toast Balls 🔥🤤 Let's make them together. WHY make french toast balls? Well it is simple, so we can stuff them with sausage. Substitute for cheese or bacon, whatever your heart is telling you that day.

French Toast Balls

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Grill or Oven (I used my Pit Boss Grills Navigator) Cast Iron Skillet or Casserole Dish (I used my cast iron from Pit Boss Grills )

FRENCH TOAST BALLS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

4 Eggs

1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

1 Tbsp Heavy Cream

Breakfast Sausage

Bread of Choice Cinnamon (1/2 Tbsp)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat your @PitBossGrill Navigator to 350°F

2. Place your breakfast sausage on a wired rack and precook for approximately 15 minutes.

3. With a slice of bread and a sausage split in half, wrap your bread around the sausage, then form it into a ball. Once they’re fully encased in the bread, place them in a buttered cast iron skillet. 

4. Next, in a medium-sized bowl add the eggs, vanilla extract, and cream, cinnamon, then mix thoroughly, and pour over your French toast balls (I moved the balls around to make sure they were all coated with the egg mixture).

5. Place directly on the grates of your grill and cook for 20-25 minutes. 

6. Remove from the grill and serve with your favorite breakfast sides. Enjoy!
