HOW TO MAKE BAT WINGS
INGREDIENTS
Chickens Wings (whole, 6-12)
Honey Garlic Marinade
Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
Soy Sauce (1/4 cup)
Red Wine Vinegar (3 Tbsp)
Honey (1/4 cup)
Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
Black Food Coloring (10 drops)
INSTRUCTIONS
For this bat wing recipe you will want to marinade the wings for 24 hours. Using a large ziploc bag or bowl, add all the honey garlic marinade ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add your chicken wings to the bag or bowl, seal, and place in your refrigerator. You will want to flip the bag once to give even marinating throughout the 24 hour period.
You'll want to use a toothpick to pull the drum and flat apart to look more like a bat. This step is optional but does help.
Once you've marinated the bat wings, preheat your grill or oven to 300 degrees. Place your wings into the XL basket, close, and wind up 40 times for full charge. Rotisserie your bat wings in the XL basket for approximately 1 hours or until your chicken wings become crispy and have an internal temperature of 165-185 degrees. Enjoy!
