Maple Syrup In Snow | Maple Syrup Lollipops | DIY Maple Syrup Lollipops

Laffy Taffy Maple Syrup Lollipops. Watch as this ooey gooey goodness of Maple Syrup In Snow turns into a DIY Maple Syrup Lollipops with the help of a little snow.

Something about maple syrup in snow that screams Canadian. We grew up going to festivals and watching in awe of the people pouring maple syrup lollipops. I knew I had to create the same sort of fun with my children and learn how to do it. DIY Maple Syrup Lollipops for the win while we are home with our families.

DIRECTIONS

Preheating my Louisiana Grills pellet smoker to 400 degrees, I brought 1 cup of Carrick Bros Maple Syrup to a boil (closing the lid in between stirs to get that delicious smoke in).

Boil for approx 5-7 minutes or until most of the air bubbles dissipate. Let boil for 5 minutes before pouring on snow.

Slowing pour onto compact snow (you can also pulsate ice to do the same thing) and let cool for 1 minute before using a wooden skewer to pick up the Smoked Maple Taffy Lollipops.

I used Pitmasters Choice Pellets fruit blend to give it that extra kiss of sweetness.
