INGREDIENTS
Ground Chicken (1 lb)
Egg (1)
Garlic (2 cloves, minced) Italian Seasoning (1 Tbsp)
Mustard (1 Tbsp)
Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp)
Bread Crumbs (1/4 cup)
Pizza Sauce
Pepperoni
Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup, sliced)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your pellet grill to 300 degrees. Next, lay out you saran wrap or tin foil. You can mix all the ingredients in a bowl, or if you are a pro, on on your saran wrap and save yourself an extra dish. Add the ground chicken, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, mustard, soy sauce, bread crumbs and mix thoroughly. Next form the mixture into a thin rectangle.
Next add your pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Leave 1/4 empty. Your ingredients will push forward as you roll it. Using your tin foil or saran wrap, let it guide you as you roll your stuffed meat. Roll it onto itself and close up the ends so none of the cheese comes out. Place directly on your grill until an internal tempature of 165 degrees. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy
