Balsamic Fire Roasted Vegetables | Smoked Veggies | Smoked Veggies Recipe

You'll eat your veggies once you realize with only 4 ingredients, 30 minutes, you can have sweet and savoury balsamic fire roasted vegetables. These crispy smoked veggies have an ooey gooey balsamic glazed that will send your tastebud flying. Your family will be fighting over this smoked veggie recipe.

INGREDIENTS

Vegetables of Choice

Olive Oil (1/4 cup)

Balsamic Vinegar (2 Tbsp - I used Zoe Olive Oils, Mango White Balsamic)

Sea Salt (1 tsp) Pepper ( 1/4 tsp)

Rosemary (fresh, 2-3 twigs)

DIRECTIONS

SMOKED

Preheat your pellet smoker to 425 degrees. Prepare your vegetables. Depending on the size of your vegetables you can either place them directly on the grill, use a grill tray, or even a baking sheet.

In a bowl, add all of your smoked veggies. With this smoked veggie recipe, we will coat the vegetables in olive oil and then place them on the surface you're using to cook them. Sprinkle the sea salt, pepper and rosemary. You will want to smoke these Balsamic Fire Roasted Vegetables for approximately 20 minutes or to the tenderness you prefer.

Ensure to leave 5 minutes towards the end to add your balsamic vinegar. I used Zoe Olive Oil - Mango White Balsamic. Such a sweet and clean taste. Once veggies are almost done to your tenderness, toss some balsamic over your veggies and let roast for another 5 minutes, almost caramelizing it.
