This upcoming Thanksgiving, whether your baking your turkey in your oven or on your pellet smoker, this smoked turkey brine recipe will have every bite singing MOIST even if you hate the JUICY word. . Ingredients:
Water (cover turkey) Apple Cider Vinegar (1/2 cup)
Sugar (1/2 cup) Peppercorn (whole, 1 Tbsp)
Garlic (6 cloves, minced) Salt (3 Tbsp)
Rosemary (fresh sprigs x 3)
Orange (1 whole, sliced)
Lemon (1 whole, sliced)
Directions: With this smoked turkey brine recipe, you add all ingredients into a large pot or bowl (large enough to cover your smoked turkey) and mix thoroughly. Add your bird to the turkey brine and let sit in the refrigerator for 8-24 hours.
