WHAT YOU'LL NEED
AIR FRYER (I used Living Basics Air Fryer)
SALMON (I used 3 Wild Atlantic Filet Pieces, but any will do)
BACON (I used 4 slices of regular sliced bacon)
RUB (Optional - I used "Maple Walnut Rub" by Louisiana Grills)

COOK TIME: 10 Minutes
TOTAL TIME: 20 Minutes
Serves: 4-6
DIRECTIONS
First, prepare your salmon. Cut your salmon filets into 2" x 2" squares. Next, prepare your bacon. Cut your bacon slices in half. Now it is time to wrap your salmon. You DO NOT need toothpicks or anything to fasten your bacon. (PRO TIP: Once bacon renders it actually adheres to itself, so save yourself the time).
Wrap each air fryer bacon wrapped salmon with one of those 1/2 slices of bacon. Make sure that your bacon overlaps itself AND that you place your salmon pieces seem down. OPTIONAL: Coat in your favourite rub. I used Maple Walnut by Louisiana Grills.
Place each Bacon Salmon Poppables into your air fryer. Make sure not to overcrowd (they do not touch one another).
LIVING BASICS AIR FRYER from ShoppersPlusCanada INSTRUCTIONS: I turned on the air fryer and hit "M" for manual mode. Turned it to 375 degrees. Pushed Play, and let it cook for 10 minutes. Serve Immediately.
